To arrive and relax, we usually start with one or two simple exercises. These help us build trust and arrive in the moment.

You decide for yourself how much clothing you want to remove – exactly as feels right for you.

I undergo regular medical check-ups and am registered with the health department. All relevant vaccinations (Hepatitis, Covid, flu, etc.) are up to date. I take your and my health seriously – both physically and emotionally.
